CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY 

CANCELLATION
  • If you change your mind after placing an order, you may cancel the order within 3 (three) days of the order confirmation, or before the product is shipped, whichever is earlier.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
  • We have a 7 (seven) days return policy for all our products. The days shall be calculated from the date of delivery of the products and post which no return, refund or exchange shall be applicable.
  • In certain situations, there shall be no return, but only refunds shall be granted. This shall be applicable on a case-to-case basis depending on the product and its vendor’s Refund & Return policy (for specific details, please refer to the respective product description).
  • For returning a product, write to us in detail about the reason for the return at [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt. We shall advise on the return procedure (if applicable) depending upon the products/vendors within 3 (three) working days.
  • To complete the return of products, a receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory.
  • Products shall qualify for return only if it is unused, in the original state you received them and with the original packaging.
  • You may be required to share a picture of the product as required by us at [email protected]
  • In case of return of a product, please do not return the product to the sender unless advised by us.
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected at our end/ by the vendor, we shall send an email acknowledgement along with an intimation regarding the return procedure, if applicable and approval/ rejection of your refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then the refund amount shall be processed, and credit shall be applied to your source account/ original payment method within 48 hours of such approval.

  • Defective (Functional issues/ damaged)
EXCHANGE AND REPLACEMENTS  
  • Products/ Items shall qualify for replacement only if you receive defective or damaged items.
  • If you wish to exchange such a product/item, you may send us an email to [email protected] within 48 hr
  • Replacement shall be for the entire product/s or urs of delivery. We shall advise on the exchange options available depending on the products/vendors.part/s of the product, subject to the availability of the same.
SHIPPING
  • In case of non-manufacturing defects, Shipping costs shall be non-refundable. In that event, you shall be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the product.
  • The time taken for shipping and delivery shall depend on the geographic location of the user/recipient.
